Concetta advises and litigates on behalf of national and international companies with respect to Dutch labour and pension law issues, including:

Experience
Concetta Allegra completed her studies in Dutch law at the University of Utrecht and started her career as a lawyer in 2004, specializing in employment law. From 2016-2018, she made a sidestep as a teacher at the Law Faculty of the University of Utrecht in International, European and Dutch Employment and Labour Law. Before joining Doorn & Keizer, she worked for other (large) law firms. In 2020 she also became a Certified Pension Lawyer (CPL).
Thanks to her profound legal knowledge, her analytical and listening skills, Concetta gets to the heart of the matter and translates (complex) legal issues in a wide range of employment and labour matters into clear and practical advice for her clients. She does not hesitate to litigate when necessary. As CPL, she helps clients with the implementation and consultation of the new Dutch pension law. She is fluent in English and Dutch. She is happy to have a conversation in Italian.
Concetta is a member of the Dutch Bar, the Dutch Association of Employment Law Advocates (VAAN), the Dutch Association of Pension Lawyers (VvPJ) and a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
Other activities and Publications
Concetta also regularly gives presentations, in-house training and speaks at seminars about employment and pension law related items. She also lectures and publishes on a frequent basis.
Registration
Concetta Allegra has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister): employment law.
Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
